RETURNS (100% REFUND): We only accept “100% Refund Returns” for items that have been “substantially misrepresented” in the description of the listing, i.e.: If you’ve received the wrong item. For all returns you must contact us in advance and provide a legible photo of the item you received. In the event of a return/replacement we will cover all of the related shipping costs and refund to you 100% of the purchase price you paid including shipping.
